A+ Plumbing & Septic Acquires Holey Plumbing's Residential Service Division

A+ Plumbing & Septic purchased Holey Plumbing’s service division, expanding its presence into Smith, Upshur, Van Zandt, and Wood Counties; the transition allows Holey Plumbing to focus exclusively on new construction plumbing.

“We’ve been looking to grow our service business, especially in those specific communities.  I contacted John and Misty Holey to gauge their interest in selling Holey Plumbing.  They expressed a desire to stay in new construction plumbing, but they agreed to sell their residential service division,” Brent McDonald, owner of A+ Plumbing & Septic, said.

"We're excited about the potential of taking on Holey Plumbing's customers, and I'm confident its customers will enjoy our service. We provide tight service windows—and we show up on time. All of our plumbers are background checked, drug-tested, and highly trained. We offer a no-hidden-costs, StraightForward price on every job, and all of our work is backed with a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee."

A+ Plumbing & Septic started in 2003 by Brent McDonald in Gun Barrel, Texas.  The company primarily serviced the Cedar Creek Lake, Athens, and Kaufman communities.  The acquisition of Holey Plumbing’s service division will allow the business to expand considerably into Smith, Upshur, Van Zandt, and Wood Counties.

John and Misty Holey opened Holey Plumbing in 1999.  The company previously conducted both residential construction and service work.  A+ Plumbing & Septic’s acquisition of Holey’s service division will allow John and Misty to concentrate their full attention on their new construction business.
